Экотоксичность городской пыли: существующие практики и перспективы применения биотестирования
Аннотация
Биотестирование является востребованным методом для оценки экотоксикологического состояния раз- личных компонентов городских экосистем — почвы, воды и воздушной среды. Однако мало известно о потенциале применения биотестирования для оценки экотоксичности городской пыли. Она представляет собой сложную гетерогенную субстанцию из веществ естественного и техногенного происхождения, многие из которых являются доказанными токсикантами по отношению к живым организмам. Цель данного обзора — рассмотрение существующих практик применения биотестирования для оценки экотоксичности городской пыли и выявление ключевых тенденций развития метода. Анализ существующих публикаций показал, что методы биотестирования имеют высокий потенциал, так как они чувствительны к широкому спектру поллютантов, присутствующих в пыли, способны дифференцированно отражать поведение токсикантов в зависимости от факторов среды и могут быть реализованы с использованием организмов разных трофических уровней. При выборе конкретного способа биотестирования важно учитывать такие характеристики анализируемых образцов пыли, как доступная масса, смачиваемость, рH, содержание водорастворимых ионов и органического вещества. Учитывая сложность состава пыли и различный потенциал перехода ее компонентов в водные экстракты, рекомендуется использовать аппликатные способы биотестирования, реализуемые непосредственно на твердых пылевых субстратах. Для всесторонней оценки воздействия пыли на городскую экосистему целесообразно проводить биотестирование с использовани- ем набора организмов разных трофических уровней. Представляется своевременной задачей разработка стандартов по биотестированию пыли с целью унификации получаемых результатов. Одним из наиболее важных вопросов, требующих первоочередного решения, является вопрос выбора контроля.
