Жирные кислоты как биомаркеры типичных черноземов разного вида использования
Аннотация
В работе представлены результаты исследования профилей жирных кислот типичных черноземов разного вида использования. Показано, что процесс деградации органического вещества сопровождается обеднением состава жирных кислот, в то время как при его накоплении их разнообразие увеличивается. В связи с этим по составу жирных кислот в профиле можно классифицировать почвы по преобладающим процессам трансформации органического вещества. Обнаружено неравномерное распределение жирных кислот в почвенных агрегатах разных размеров в черноземах, не подвергающихся сельскохозяйственной обработке, в вовлеченных в сельскохозяйственное использование почвах эта закономерность отсутствует. В качестве биомаркеров перехода типичного чернозема в залежное состояние можно рассматривать присутствие эйкозапентаеновой кислоты, содержащейся в микроводорослях, и дигомо-гамма-линолевой, синтезируемой грибами р. Mortierella.
