Закономерности минерализации органических веществ почвенных растворов подзолистой почвы
Аннотация
Исследован процесс минерализации органических веществ почвенных растворов, выделенных методом вакуумных лизиметров из горизонтов подзолистой почвы. Устойчивость растворенных органических веществ (РОВ) различается в зависимости от горизонта. Наибольшее количество устойчивых к биодеструкции РОВ (минерализуется < 50%) содержится в верхних органогенных горизонтах, вниз по профилю оно уменьшается. Доля минерализованного углерода обратно пропорциональна относительному содержанию в составе РОВ гидрофобной фракции и фенольных соединений. Самую низкую долю (23%) минерализуемого углерода имеют вещества из гор. ЕLhi, где максимально содержание гидрофобной фракции (44%). В ходе окислительной трансформации повышается степень ароматичности РОВ: коэффициент экстинкции (Е-280) увеличивается в 2-12 раз, доля фенольных соединений возрастает в 2-10 раз, до 5-5,5 кДа уменьшается молекулярная масса. Эти признаки интенсивнее изменяются в растворах из нижних горизонтов. Таким образом, неразлагаемый остаток этих РОВ представлен веществами, максимально устойчивыми к разложению.
